| How to Place a Topiary Order with Curb & Mantle: Curb & Mantle ships its quality topiary from two nurseries - one on the East Coast and one on the West. Topiary quantities vary from week to week. Therefore, some of the Curb & Mantle topiary collection may not be available from time to time. Curb & Mantle uses the following procedures for the most efficient customer service. In addtion, to keep the topiary at the lowest price possible and all transactions as secure as possible, Curb & Mantle utilizes Paypal invoicing to collect payment from its customers. Instructions: 1. Send an email to "Kristan" with a list of the topiary you would like to order, to include, Item # and topiary name (e.g., #110, ivy ball on stem), the shipping address, need date, and any questions you may have to: topiary@curbandmantlegifts.com. Note: if you are placing a quantity discount order for a wedding, fundraiser, or special event, Curb & Mantle will provide you with a price quote and work with you or your organization so that you get the best price possible. Curb & Mantle also offers free topiary consultation services for your events. 2. Curb & Mantle will check on availability with the nursery that services the delivery address and reply via email as to its availability. 3. If the topiary are available, Curb & Mantle will send the customer a Paypal invoice to the email address provided. 4. Once Curb & Mantle receives confirmation that the Paypal invoice has been paid, Curb & Mantle will place the order with the appropriate nursery and send the customer a confirmation email. Please note that topiary orders ship from the nursery on Monday-Wednesday only (holidays excluded). The live topiary order will arrive at its destination in two-three days via FedEx. 5.
